Design

Our plant design philosophies are based on common sense, real world, proven solutions. We help you create a design that works for your facility’s scope and size, to capture, treat, and use the energy created by LFG. We review plant construction drawings for inefficiencies and bottlenecks, and assess what the best capture and treatment technology is for your site.

Construction

We’ve worked with our partners in construction for over 15 years. Working with us means taking advantage of our years of experience in designing and constructing robust pipeline systems that avoid common flow issues to improve efficiency and reliability. We also offer specialized fabrication of Custom Pipe Fittings for difficult well locations and pipeline placement issues.

Operation

Our personnel are available to Operate and Maintain the entire LFG system. This allows landfill personnel to concentrate on their core competencies of running a waste management facility. Our best practices for Safety, Operations, and Maintenance have been perfected over the years and we take pride in the trust our partners have in us to manage their LFG projects.

From technical design assistance to in-the-field commissioning of their LFG Bio-Reactor system, Full Rev has been integral to Aquatera by managing infrastructure, troubleshooting, and operating their LFG collection system for their Water Treatment Plant Waste to Energy program.

Daily field adjustments, plant and machine operation and maintenance, pipeline leachate troubleshooting, fabricated pipeline valve assemblies, built wellheads, installed new LFG wells and pipes.
